The four colors above the image represent surface temperature
variation in the Nation's Capital. Temperatures were obtained
from LANDSAT's thermal band. The LANDSAT data was then registered
to match the geography of the aerial photograph, pseudo-colored
and overlaid on the high resolution base map.
